I composed this anthem of implacable civil disobedience in 2007, on the train up to Leeds to visit my buddy Lady Libertine. It may be even more relevant now, in these dark times, than it was then! Late the following year, inspired by my own song, I would relocate from sleepy London town, as Mr. Jagger put it, to the Hudson Valley hamlet in which Pete Seeger resided.
