In late 2015, not long after I’d returned to England after two and a half years back in the decreasingly affordable city of my youth, I wrote and produced this, and made the video. Isambard Jones is the actor and singer Tom George, whereas His Orchestra is Dazza du Toit on guitar and me on everything else, except the sung chorus, which features Miss Zelda Hyde.
At one point, as I have confessed before, I conspired to call the group John, Tom George, and Ringo, but this would have involved persuading Dazza (whom I’d already talked out of his original given name, Darryll, to rebrand himself as Ringo.
If you’re good, and watch this from start to finish, I may consider offering The Longest Song Ever Recorded in a subsequent posting, though I’m not making any promises. And if you need help with any of the Britslang, please so advise via a comment.
Ealing is the site of the art school at which P. Townshend and F. Mercury were both enrolled at different points in a past century.
The Kindness of Donald G. Trump
To hear the radical Marxist leftists and their woketard partners in crime (looting, polluting the nation’s bloodline, embezzelement) tell it, President Trump is a soulless narcissist and sociopath incapable of empathy or kindness. But one need spend only a few seconds on the Internet to find out that he is among the biggest-hearted of men.
