An Evening With God

Beginning tomorrow, I’ll publish one story from the above-named collection each day until my return from the Arctic Circle.

I’m a past winner of the PEN Syndicated Fiction contest. That seems not to have impressed a great many literary agents, and maybe you too will say, “Wow, I’m so impressed,” in the voice of an insolent teenager. But it was worth a shot.

Here, just for the fun of it, is my 2003 song “Quake”, about spousal abuse. It was meant to be sung by a woman, but by the time I recorded this demo, the former Mistress Chloe could no longer be persuaded to set foot inside my little studio. Dazza du Toit guitars.
